Registration - Friday, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
When you arrive at the hotel, proceed to the front desk to check in to your room. The front desk will direct you to the convention center where we will be checking in those who have already registered for PCA Palooza, and registering those who have not.
It is a tremendous help to us if you've registered and paid for the events you intend to participate in prior to arriving on Friday. You can register here now
and help us out. If you will be arriving after 9:00 pm, please contact us here
so we can work out the details with you.
Wash stations will be available Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Welcome Mixer / Live Music- Friday, 6:00 pm
Our welcome mixer is a great chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. There will be a cash bar and a dessert bar starting at 7:00 pm, we'll be showing slides from last year's events, and vendor booths will be set up displaying parts and Porsche related merchandise.
Live music at the mixer is provided by

Cate, who was included by Steve Cropper in his list of
top ten guitar players of all time.
Stick around for a while before you head out to dinner, or stay all evening and visit with friends.
Spirited Drives - Saturday 8:00 am / 8:20 am / 8:45 am - Noon
Because of the number of cars involved, we will have three "Spirited Drives" this year. We will break out the drives by Porsche type, so participants will have a chance to drive with like-minded Porsche owners. Whatever the group you drive in, the "Spirited Drives" will be for those who want to take a longer drive and let their cars run a bit. We'll make a couple of stops along the way and be back in Eureka by noon for lunch.

Scenic Drives - Saturday 7:00 am - Noon
For those of you who want to sleep in a little longer on Saturday, we'll also have two less agressive "scenic drives". These routes will allow participants to take in some of the beautiful scenery around Eureka Springs and will be a bit more relaxed than our "spirited drives". Our newest route will incude Throncrown Chapel and the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel.

Lunch / Wash Stations Available - Saturday Noon - 1:30 pm
There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from around Eureka Springs. We'll end the morning drives at a location central to several of them. Grab a few friends and make your way to any of them for lunch. You can take a nice, long lunch and be back at the convention center at 2:00 for the car show, or eat a quick bite and get back in time to take advantage of one of the wash stations that will be available.
Parade Through Eureka - 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Before the car show we'll have a Porsche Parade through historic downtown Eureka, complete with police escort. It's a great chance to show off your car to the locals and tourists in Eureka, and to promote interest in the car show that follows.
Car Show / People's Choice - Saturday 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Back at the convention center we'll arrange the cars for the group photo and people's choice judging. We will have lots of different categories, and plenty of prizes to be awarded. We encourage you to participate in and enjoy the car show. It's a great time to take a break and visit with everyone, to see some great cars, and to show off your pride and joy.
Tech Sessions - Saturday 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
PCA Palooza has had years of exceptional tech sessions, and this year will be even bigger and better. Stay tuned for more news on the tech sessions you'll have an opportunity to attend this year.
Dinner, Awards, and Door Prizes - Saturday 7:30 pm
Dinner Saturday night will be held at the conference center and is a "Taste of the South Buffet", including fresh fruits, vegetables, crab salad, cole slaw, potato salad, shrimp salad, shrimp creole, boiled peel and eat shrimp, ozark fried chicken, barbecue pork ribs, cajun spiced catfish, crab legs, whipped potatoes and gravy, baked beans, cajun rice, southern style green beans, cornbread and butter, and assorted desserts. A cash bar will also be available.
Following dinner will be the presentation of car show awards and drawing for door prizes.
Cost for the dinner is $40 per person.
Autocross - Sunday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
The autocross event is being sponsored by the Cimarron Region PCA. This year we are hoping to secure a larger course for the autocross, but you can expect a great event regardless of the location.
Cost for the autocross is $20 per person.
